The directory is informational. It does not issue official ratings, certify that a business is safe, or replace the current record held by the relevant authority. Source records can change after retrieval.
A request form is an enquiry, not an order. Before payment we confirm in writing the scope, sources, delivery format, price and estimated delivery date. A local benchmark normally consists of a source-labelled PDF or spreadsheet covering the agreed area. Multi-location monitoring deliverables and frequency are agreed separately.
No payment is collected through this website. Any cancellation or refund terms are supplied before a paid engagement is accepted. Unless otherwise agreed, work not yet started may be cancelled for a full refund; once custom research has begun, any refund reflects work already completed.
